Saying goodbye to their beloved pet is a difficult moment for many pet owners. Often, their pet has been with them for years and they feel a close and strong bond with it. Our goal is to understand these people's needs and, if they wish, to accompany them.

Services

• General

Especially in difficult situations, people want comfort and security. We have taken these needs into account in the planning and design of our premises. Our employees accompany grieving customers every day with a great deal of empathy and commitment. It is important to all of us to take individual needs into account.

• Individual cremation

Your pet will be cremated individually and the ashes will be returned to you in a container of your choice (see"Our urns").

• Communal cremation

Several animals are cremated together in a dignified setting. The ashes from collective cremations are kept in a communal grave in our garden in Seon. It is not possible to have the ashes returned to you.

• Reception

Many pet owners want to bring their deceased pet to us in person. In our quiet, stylish reception rooms, you can take your time to say goodbye without being disturbed. All our rooms are wheelchair accessible.

• Individual cremation by appointment

You can be present at the cremation by appointment. Our reception rooms are available for you to wait in. The nearby forest also offers the opportunity for a walk. Depending on the size of your pet, it takes between one and four hours for you to receive the ashes back. Please note the additional charge.

• Cremation room / flue gas cleaning

Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, our facility meets environmental standards.

You bring the animal directly to us at the Seon or Dübendorf animal crematorium.

• Pickup from the veterinarian

We will pick up the animal from the veterinarian. Please note our pickup prices.

• Urns

We offer a wide selection of high-quality, beautifully designed urns. In addition to various sizes, we also offer urns made from different materials, with different finishes and in different colors. Please note that the urns are available in different sizes. The size of the urn is adjusted to the amount of ashes. The clay urns are not winter-proof.

Further selection of individual wooden and natural stone urns available on site. These must be selected and collected from the Seon animal crematorium after display.

All prices are in CHF and include VAT. Prices are subject to change.

 

• Communal grave

The ashes from collective cremations are stored in a dignified setting in our communal grave in Seon. Pet owners may visit our communal grave at any time without prior notice.
