Lettering | Digital printing

Want to draw attention to your company? We can label vehicles, shop windows, and facades for you, create billboards, stickers, tarpaulins, and much more, ensuring that your advertising campaign doesn't go unnoticed.

Not only films, but also PVC tarpaulins, fabric, various types of paper, and nets can be printed directly using digital printing. Laminating or varnish sealing ensures that the prints have a long service life.

It is possible to print on a wide variety of media. In addition to standard and car wrapping films, PVC tarpaulins, fabrics, and a wide variety of papers and films can also be printed on. Another major advantage is the time saved when using this printing method, as there is no need to cut, weed, tape, and label each color separately, for example, in the case of a multicolor logo or lettering. In most cases, digital prints are coated with a UV-protective laminate to protect the print from fading due to sunlight or damage caused by cleaning an advertising space.

Screen printing

The screen printing process is suitable for almost any material: paper, cardboard, metal, plastic, wood, and textiles, to name but a few. The design possibilities are immense and the color spectrum almost unlimited. Screen printing is also characterized by very high light and weather resistance.

The printing ink is printed onto the material to be printed using a rubber squeegee through a fine-mesh fabric. Special printing inks are used depending on the material. One advantage of screen printing is that the ink application can be varied using different fabric finenesses, allowing thick layers of ink to be achieved.

Textile printing

Textile printing is the ideal way to apply advertising or jersey lettering to fabric in an individual, durable, and high-quality manner. Whether flex or screen printing, thermal sublimation, or embroidery, we are sure to have the right solution for you.

Flex printing
The print is made from a thin, smooth, and stretchy film. The motif is transferred to the fabric using a transfer press under pressure and heat.

Screen printing
The printing ink is pressed directly onto the textile through a fine-mesh fabric using a rubber squeegee. This process is particularly suitable when large quantities need to be produced cost-effectively while still maintaining high quality.

Thermal sublimation printing
The desired motif is pre-printed on a carrier paper and then transferred to the textiles using intense heat. The transferred motifs are practically imperceptible. This process is particularly suitable for white or light-colored textiles.

Embroidery
Here, the top layer forms an inseparable bond with the bottom layer. This process is chosen by those who want something special and elegant. Multicolor motifs are also possible.
