I do not add any properties to my portfolio without first checking them thoroughly. This means that my clients can be sure that they will only find fair offers with no hidden drawbacks.

Comfortable routines are detrimental to the quality of any service. That is why I look at every house and apartment with fresh eyes and tailor my sales activities to the individual characteristics of the property.

The right selling price is the basis for a successful sale. That's why I reject arbitrary prices and calculate the value of each property conscientiously, drawing on my many years of experience and state-of-the-art valuation tools.
