Le Zingue was a renowned bistronomic restaurant located in Orbe, created by the duo of pastry chef Cédric Pilloud and Top Chef candidate Thibault Marchand. The establishment was celebrated for its creative market cuisine, using local ingredients, and its exceptional desserts. The interior featured a unique industrial design with a 'Battle of Britain' theme. Despite its success and 14 Gault&Millau points, the restaurant declared bankruptcy and permanently closed its doors in October 2024.
