The law and notary office was opened by Daniel Kurt, attorney and notary, on January 1, 1985, at Bernstrasse 70 in Ostermundigen. It has always been our mission to advise and assist private individuals as well as small and medium-sized businesses in legal matters.

On January 1, 2021, our colleague Oliver Brand, attorney,joined the practice as a partner. With his many years of experience in administrative law, especially federal administrative law, and criminal law, we have been able to significantly expand the services we offer our clients.

On January 1, 2024, our colleague Mario Massa, attorney and notary, joined the practice as another partner. With his many years of experience in private law and public law, particularly federal administrative law (specifically: infrastructure law), we are further expanding our range of services.
