Help and care at home
Outpatient care offers quality of life at home.
The services provided by Spitex Alterszentrum Sophie Guyer are available to all residents of Pfäffikon and Hittnau. To this end, the municipalities have concluded a service agreement with the Alterszentrum Sophie Guyer Foundation.
Who are we?
We are a team of qualified professionals:
* Certified nurses
* FA SRK nurses, home care nurses
* Domestic helpers
* Commercially trained administrative staff
