My name is Hervé Blanchard, and it all started in March 2018, when I (finally) decided to listen to my wife and follow in the footsteps of my wonderful father. The distillery in Porrentruy, in the canton of Jura, is my baby boar, my muse, my life. I distill your fruit there, I distill my own, and I invite thirsty wild boars to come and drink their fill."

DISTILLATIONS

I put my heart into my work, or rather my paw into the still, to distill your fruit in the most noble way possible.

But also to let you taste my precious eaux-de-vie or show you my wild boar cave, which is so well equipped that you can feast there in a group or alone.

MY SPIRITS

It's... my life! My passion for harvesting and distilling comes from the Jura tradition (well, Ajoulote, of course).

And from my dad. When I was little, I used to walk through the orchards with him in search of the divine fruit... divine fruit from untreated trees, I should point out, guys!

No chemical crap in my orchard. Because for me, the health of wild boars and their natural habitat is a priority.
