KINESIOLOGY AND PSYCHOLOGICAL LIFE COACHING

Kinesiology is a holistic, preventive method. It helps to promote and maintain physical, mental, and spiritual health, and can also support personal learning potential. For many children, it activates and supports their personal learning potential.

Kinesiology originated in the USA and has been used in Switzerland since the 1970s.

Kinesiology is used to treat various conditions: allergies, hay fever, asthma, emotional conflicts, stress-related complaints, learning blocks, and dyslexia in children.

THE MUSCLE TEST

The muscle test is an important tool in kinesiology, which can be used to identify energy imbalances that can lead to health problems. It tests the reaction to a stimulus rather than the strength of the muscle. The muscle test is a very good reflection of the state of our energetic balance.

The muscle test provides us with information about what support the human body-soul-spirit system needs in order to release blockages and restore a healthy balance.

PSYCHOLOGICAL LIFE COACHING

In addition to kinesiology, I also offer psychological life counseling in my practice for people suffering from depression, burnout, and grief. This primarily involves showing empathy and listening, empathizing with the patient's life situation.

Together with the client, we select a form of therapy that is individually tailored to their needs.

• Psychic zone massage: a gentle massage in which only the energy channels in the feet are treated. It is mainly used for stress, migraines, insomnia, exam stress, etc.
