Sophro Suisse Genève brings together the training school: THE SWISS ACADEMY OF SOPHROLOGY and the SWISS ASSOCIATION OF PROFESSIONAL SOPHROLOGISTS

1- The Swiss Academy of Sophrology is directed by Dr. Guy CHEDEAU.
Its ambition is to promote a friendly and authentic humanism. It seeks a way of life based onbalance andharmony, as well as the desire to bring our actions into line with our deepest intentions. Sophrology was developed in 1960 for the study of consciousness and the values of existence, using its own unique and original methods.

Its techniques, in line with current knowledge, enable people to adapt appropriately to their environment through a better understanding of themselves.

Our current pace of life considerably increases the stressors that can cause psycho-physical disharmony, which is the cause of many illnesses. By learning to control or reduce the negative and destructive effects of stress, we maintain or restorethe balance between body and mind, i .e. , health.

Dr. Guy CHEDEAU, director of the Swiss Academy of Sophrology and a student of Professor CAYCEDO for nearly 25 years, teaches sophrology in accordance with its origins and traditional teachings. Furthermore, Dr. Guy CHEDEAU, Dr. Raymond ABREZOL's closest collaborator, has remained faithful to the values of freedom, responsibility, and dignity.

Our school provides a humanistic approach to sophrology and maintains close ties with the Swiss Association of Professional Sophrologists for continuing education.
