Domaine Rosset

Since 1785, the family's passion and expertise in wine and viticulture has been passed down from father to son. Master winemaker and oenologist Philippe Rosset took over the business in 1999.

He now runs the business and is delighted that his wines regularly win awards at numerous Swiss wine competitions.

In the organically farmed vineyards, Chasselas, Gamay, and Pinot Noir, as well as Gamaret, Merlot, Chardonnay, Muscat, and Viognier express their full richness. The vines, exposed on clay-limestone slopes, give the wine its appreciated minerality.

We also produce a wine without added sulfites (Galotta).

But above all, the coast is a spacious region where life is good. With views of the lake, the Alps, and Mont Blanc, which never cease to amaze, you will be warmly welcomed to discover the wine cellar and enjoy a pleasant tasting.

Recently built in Rolle, the cellar combines tradition and modernity.

The stainless steel vats allow for very precise fermentation management, preserving the typical aromas of each grape variety and the identity of the terroir. It is important to note that most specialists consider the vinification of white wines to be the most difficult operation in oenology.

A good quality white wine should be characterized by a fresh taste and sufficient acidity, as well as a refined, fruity, and delicate aroma.

We have our own winemaking facilities, filters, bottling line, and labeling machine, which allows us to put our stamp on the wine and guarantee its superior quality.

As for the barrels, they allow us to vinify our specialties.
