Always passionate about cooking, Fabrizio Scoppettuolo decided to change his life and devote himself to it in 2015 after obtaining the Cantonal Diploma in Management/Coffee Making and the Cantonal Diploma in Pizza Making. With great passion and commitment, in 2017 he managed to buy his own house, a lifelong dream, and subsequently also obtained a diploma in cooking. Chef Fabrizio's dishes always reflect his respect for quality ingredients and his love of cooking them; long cooking times allow him to offer succulent, melt-in-the-mouth meats, and his sauces are his strong point, with a consolidated imprint of his origins.
An epicurean and passionate woman, Monica decided from the outset to accompany her husband on this adventure. Balancing her work as a nurse with the various activities of the restaurant, she obtained her ASSP Sommelier Diploma in 2024. Monica's passion drives her, with her smile, to always offer good service to loyal customers, making them feel at home. The wine list, which is constantly evolving, offers mainly wines from Ticino winemakers, with some foreign gems and an increasing number of Spanish wines in homage to her origins.
