HISTORY

After completing an apprenticeship as a heating installer with Sulzer SA, Gilbert Gillioz partnered with Roland Gillioz in the early 1970s to found a company under the name Roland Gillioz & Cie SA. The company operates in the fields of heating, plumbing, roofing, and sheet metal work.
In 1981, Gilbert decided to go into business for himself and established his own sole proprietorship in Isérables, continuing in the same fields of activity.

In July 2008, his son Pierre-André formed a new successor company with his wife Marilyn. This new entity took over the existing premises used by the former company and included two installers, Jean-Noël Barmaz and Pierry Monnet.

Prior to this new career path, Pierre-André gained experience at various companies in Valais. He began his career with an apprenticeship as a plumbing installer, during which he concurrently attended the Higher Vocational School (now the vocational baccalaureate). Following these programs, he went on to earn his Federal Certificate of Proficiency (CFC) as a heating installer. His interest in this field motivated him to pursue further training, and he earned a Federal Master’s Certificate in 1995. As the energy sector is constantly evolving and regulations change regularly, he also undertook training courses on these topics. Thus, a post-diploma in “Energy & Building” as well as the CECB (Cantonal Energy Certificate for Buildings) expert certification were obtained following these foundational courses.

Since its inception, Energi.eau Sàrl has gradually expanded and now employs 10 people. Its philosophy, however, remains the same: that of an SME committed to the quality of its work and the ongoing training of its employees to ensure the best possible service for its customers.
