  The natural garden creates space for the natural development of animals and plants. It offers a place for people to relax and meet.

  What makes a natural garden:

• Native plant selection; mainly native wild plants grow and bloom in a natural garden.
• Gravel areas for spaces and paths; these provide space for dry plants, which are a source of food for wild bees and insects.
• Closed cycles; rainwater is collected for reuse or can seep into the ground.
• No need for pesticides; in a natural garden, a balance of pests and beneficial insects develops. The use of pesticides is usually unnecessary.
• Dry stone walls; with their open joints, they provide shelter for many creatures.
• Water features; should adorn a natural garden. Ponds, fountains, or streams can expand the habitats of animals and wild plants.
