90 years of Blumen & Gärten Schalch AG – The nursery was founded in 1932 by grandfather Hans Schalch. Even then, horticulture, gardening, and grave maintenance were important branches of the business. From 1958 onwards, the nursery was run by Hans Schalch-Wanner. Since 1994, the business has been managed by Hanspeter and Elisabeth Schalch and has undergone continuous modernization. With son Beni Schalch and daughter Andrea Schalch, the fourth generation is now also represented, and in 2022, the sole proprietorship became a public limited company.
