Individual consultations offer the advantage that I can respond to the client's specific problem and work specifically on identifying the issues.

However, working on a problem does not mean that I can or will solve the problem, but rather that I support the client in their search for solutions to develop their own behavioral strategies.

Upon request, consultations can also be conducted at home.

Initial consultations are free of charge, provided that a consultation is arranged.

 

Absences from work due to illness

Are employees repeatedly absent from work due to illness and you are wondering why?

 

Nowadays, the problem of employees being on sick leave for longer and longer periods of time is becoming increasingly common. As an employer, the only option left is usually to terminate the employment contract, as these employees incur high costs.

However, this does not solve the problem of employee illness, but only exacerbates it by shifting the work to the rest of the employees. The company wants to save costs in order to remain competitive.

This creates a snowball effect, and these employees often become ill again due to the pressure of this extra work. In the short term, this approach by the employer works. In the long term, however, it cannot be a solution.

There are ways to counteract this.

One solution may be to talk to the employees to find out why they are getting sick more often than other employees.
