In the beginning, it was just a small gym —now the offerings range from creative children's dance, classical ballet, jazz dance, contemporary jazz, modern dance, and hip hop to gymnastics, aerobics, step aerobics, Pilates, yoga, Move & Tone, and even Jazzfit, toning, and stretch classes .

The number of places in our courses is limited – it is important to us that the classes are manageable and that we can provide targeted, personal corrections.

The personal atmosphere, targeted corrections, and the progress achieved by each individual are what set us apart from large dance or fitness centers, and we are proud of our many loyal members from Schlieren, the Limmat Valley, the city of Zurich, and Aargau!

The studio has a 96m² hall, changing rooms, showers, and a lounge with a play area.

The dance hall and lounge have natural light. On Thursdays, we offer a morning class with childcare.
