Over 10 years ago, I was in exactly the same place and I knew that I didn't want to continue like this. I made a decision... I began my own journey with psychosocial support in the form of soul-centered coaching. And today, I accompany people like you and me with my coaching to help them find their strength. I help you to feel yourself, overcome fears, optimize your thoughts in the form of negative beliefs, attitudes, and thought patterns (self-image), question learned behaviors, and give more weight to your needs and your inner voice again. So that you learn to say no, stand up for yourself, courageously try new things, follow your inner impulses, and take action.
