My approach

As a certified physiotherapist, I have continued to further my education over the past few years – particularly in the areas of trigger point therapy with and without dry needling, ultrasound therapy, and fascia treatment.
A particular focus of my work is also Kern's migraine therapy, a gentle, effective method for treating headaches, migraines, and dizziness.

I take a holistic view of every complaint: together with you, I develop a customized therapy program that takes into account your life situation, goals, and physical condition.
