My method

Considering each patient as a whole, within a holistic approach. Naturopathy, or traditional European medicine, brings together most complementary medicine techniques, combined to support, maintain, and restore health on a daily basis or during acute or chronic illnesses.

It also helps to combat health problems by regulating the body's natural resources, integrating physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects.

My training to qualify for the federal naturopathic diploma, which includes a solid grounding in academic medicine, enables me to provide personalized care that takes into account each individual's medical history and specific needs.

In my practice, it is essential for me to enable everyone to understand. Understanding how the human body works allows us to understand how we ourselves work and to identify what is beneficial, what is not, and what we believe to be beneficial. Understanding also means learning to listen to ourselves and to make the connection between our body and our mind.
