One focus of our legal practice is commercial and contract law. Our membership in boards of directors and associations enables us to address corporate law issues in a practical manner.
In addition, one of our main areas of interest is family and inheritance law, liability law, and private and public construction law. We also accept mandates in criminal law, whether as representatives of the accused or the victim. Two of our partners have additional specialist training in social security law and mediation. Several of our lawyers are also licensed notaries.
We provide advice in German, English, French, and, to a limited extent, Italian.
Our law firm is located in Solothurn and is easily accessible by car and public transport. We also have a branch office in Grenchen.
