Gremaud butcher shop and delicatessen in Bulle: an artisanal retail business
Jérémy Purro took over the Gremaud butcher's shop on March 1, 2013.
He has had a varied career: he completed a three-year apprenticeship at the butcher's shop in Marsens, spent a year studying for his high school diploma, then worked for two years at a butcher's shop in Bulle and one year at the Gremaud butcher's shop before taking over the business.
At the butcher shop, he welcomes apprentices and works as part of a team with several sales assistants and employees.
Together, they strive every day to provide quality service to their customers and offer them the best products.
You will find both fresh and smoked meats and can organize your dinners and other special occasions thanks to their catering service.
