Both professionally and privately, we are committed to fine taste, enjoyment, and the sustainable production of high-quality food. We have made it our mission to source our products (vegetables, flour, dairy products, fresh meat, and beverages) primarily from small local producers and to process them daily in our own facilities. This takes time, a lot of experience, and a pinch of luck every time.
