Neueck Fondue - Beizli

Let's not talk about fondue for now. One of the big hits at Beizli is a meat creation. It looks as if the finest pieces of meat have been skewered on a halberd and grilled. It's called "Beizli-Spiess" and tastes sensational. A touch of experiential gastronomy.

Also popular at Fondue Beizli are the spätzli dishes, snails prepared according to a French recipe, and the regional specialties that appear on the menu time and again, beautifully varied according to the season.
