Gerber Info

Gerber Info is a multi-service company founded by Mickael Gerber in 2017.

We manage after-sales service for out-of-warranty devices from major retailers such as Manor, Interdiscount, and FNAC, enabling these stores to offer their customers boutique-quality services. We therefore deal directly with the end customer, with the aim of improving the user experience and resolving everyday issues.

We also take care of the IT equipment of local businesses and help them set up a secure and efficient system to carry out their work.

Since 2019, we have also been responsible for managing the IT equipment of the municipality of St-Maurice, including support, troubleshooting, and the deployment of new machines.

In 2021, some exciting new developments have taken place: a new office since January 1, followed immediately by a pre-apprentice who is currently in his first year!

2022 brings us new equipment to manage, including the St-Augustin bookstore and the La Fontanelle foundation, among others.

Mickael Gerber has extensive experience in IT troubleshooting, with more than 10 years of experience working for several companies when he started his own business, giving him the skills and qualities necessary for this activity: patience, perseverance, understanding, and courtesy.
