St. Moritz Energie

We are a team of 25 employees. Together, we work to provide a secure and reliable power supply to around 8,000 customers in St. Moritz, Celerina, and parts of Champfèr.

In doing so, we make an important contribution to economic development. We are particularly committed to promoting awareness of the need to use scarce energy resources wisely and to expanding production from renewable energies.

Tasks of St. Moritz Energie

• We operate the Islas hydroelectric power plant, the St. Moritz Bad energy network, and various photovoltaic systems in St. Moritz and Celerina. We are expanding our production capacity from renewable energy sources.

• To ensure security of supply, we are constantly expanding the power grids and enabling the increasing use of renewable energies.

• We procure the remaining energy required through short- and long-term purchasing.

• We supply approximately 8,000 customers in St. Moritz, Celerina, and parts of Champfèr with electrical energy and heat. We have various peak times throughout the year:  Annual load profile.

Faults outside business hours

In the event of a fault, our on-call service can be reached on 081 833 38 31. Please note that our responsibility ends at the house connection box. St. Moritz Energie is not responsible for faults inside the house – in this case, please contact your electrician.
