This form of therapy involves a variety of different techniques such as kneading, stroking, circular movements, pressure impulses, shaking, as well as various other techniques such as mobilization, stretching, and relaxation.
Medical massage is an umbrella term and comprises various sub-groups, such as: classic massage, connective tissue massage, manual lymphatic drainage, foot reflexology, Marnitz, Dorn therapy, and hydrotherapy. The targeted use of the respective technique brings pain relief, increased blood circulation, greater mobility, and an overall good body feeling. Broadly speaking, the individual techniques are used to treat tension and pain. Not to mention prophylactically or simply for relaxation.
Visceral therapy is a component of osteopathy and involves the treatment of the abdominal organs as well as the musculoskeletal system. This manual treatment helps to release adhesions that can sometimes be caused by surgery. It also relieves visceral spasms, improves blood circulation, promotes lymph flow, normalizes metabolism, and prevents recurring spinal blockages.
Additional positive effects affect the psyche as well as hormone balance. This form of therapy is performed with the gentlest pressure, rhythmic impulses, and slight tissue shifts, making it suitable for a wide range of clients.
Release energy blockages via the body's meridians. Harmonize the entire energy field. The term "energy work" refers to a therapeutic approach based on the assumption that humans can be influenced by energetic structures. When we block parts of our energy field, we inevitably block part of our life force. This can manifest itself in the form of illness, disorientation, a feeling of being stuck in life, or simply in the form of a vague sense of unease. The goal of my work is to improve this energy flow.
