Today, our customers benefit from this and appreciate our unusual, tried-and-tested, fresh breads and pastries. But they appreciate even more our tradition and quality, which we cultivate and develop to a high degree.

Every day, we knead, bake, glaze, and decorate – by hand and with attention to detail. Every day, we produce over 20 different types of crispy bread, made with great care and without chemical additives. We place great importance on using high-quality raw ingredients from the region in our products.
