Over 30 different grape varieties are cultivated on the steep slopes of Buechberg in Thal SG. I grow twelve of these myself on 5 hectares and use them to produce high-quality, unique wines and some real rarities.

Based on theoretical knowledge combined with my many years of experience in the trade, I accompany the creation of my wines from the vine to the market—my work combines my passion for viticulture and my respect for the vine as a cultural asset. Ultimately, wine lovers should be able to taste this in the bottle.
