The winery produces high-quality 'Ustermer Schlossweine', including Riesling-Sylvaner and Cabernet Dorsa, as well as the sparkling wine 'Clarissa'. The estate places great emphasis on biodiversity, maintaining stone and branch piles for wildlife, and operates according to ecological performance standards (ÖLN). In addition to wine sales in the 'Wiilädeli', the winery offers tastings, aperitifs, and tours in the idyllic vineyard house.
