SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION

Once you have decided on our offer, the implementation follows: We install the software—including the transfer of existing data—and train your two key personnel: the project manager(s) and a deputy.

At fidevision, a project manager is responsible for you. They bear the responsibility and are personally available to you at any time.

CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS

Abacus standard software also meets very specific, individual requirements—when used wisely. This is precisely fidevision's strength: we optimize standard software to fully exploit its potential.

You use Abacus on a subscription basis for a fixed monthly fee. Access is via the Internet. You don't have to install any software yourself, nor do you have to worry about maintenance and updates. As a hosting provider, fidevision always provides you with the latest version. Your data is secure, stored in a data center in Switzerland.

SaaS is particularly suitable for small companies with one or two users who work largely with standard software and do not need interfaces to other applications.

You purchase the licenses you need and use Abacus wherever and whenever you want. All you need to access it is a computer with an internet connection. Instead of running on your premises, the software runs on an external server. This means that the requirements for your own hardware are modest. Your data is secure, stored in a data center in Switzerland. Our partner OS Systems is responsible for maintaining the external server. As a licensee, you have full control over your applications: you decide when you want to update.

This option is suitable for more complex, customized solutions with interfaces to other applications and for companies with multiple users. Software from the cloud can be expanded and scaled at any time.

Your advantages: You can use Abacus anytime and anywhere you have Internet access, no matter how complex and extensive the solution you need is. However, you do not need your own server infrastructure. And you decide for yourself when to update.
