The history of Delta Garage Wädenswil AG.

How did it all begin? Well, it was 1974. Alcide Zanetti was a young car mechanic from the Poschiavo Valley. Long before the region became known in Switzerland for its wines, he was looking for a job in the canton of Zurich.

Delta Garage Wädenswil AG had been founded just one year earlier, in 1973, by Anton Flury, who hired Alcide Zanetti as a car mechanic after only one year.

Then, almost exactly twenty years later, in 1994, when Anton Flury was looking for a successor, he didn't have to search long. No one knew the business as well as Alcide Zanetti. So the first car mechanic took over Delta Garage Wädenswil AG together with his wife, Lydia Zanetti-Fuchs. Four years later, their daughter, Franzisca Talenta-Zanetti, also joined the company. In 1999, with the arrival of their son, Roberto Zanetti, Delta Garage in Wädenswil became a true family business.

The Zanetti family now employs seven people, including several apprentices.
