At my practice at Oberdorfstrasse 16 in Wädenswil (or on site for larger groups or teams), individuals, couples, groups, and teams receive support in their personal or professional situations in such a way that new perspectives open up, scope for action is expanded, and their own resources can be used optimally.
It is particularly important to me that each individual is taken seriously in their situation and in their relationships. This allows difficult life situations, problems, and conflicts to be addressed in a way that leads to harmonious solutions without losers. Depending on the situation, this may involve counseling, coaching, supervision, or mediation. Based on my systemic approach, I work in a solution- and resource-oriented manner.
