Weingut Irsslinger vom Zürichsee

Weingut Irsslinger, located on the picturesque Buechberg in Wangen SZ, is passionately managed by Robert and Chantal Irsslinger. Since taking over in 2017, the family has been producing wines on approximately 4 hectares of vineyards that 'have a story to tell'. With a clear focus on sustainability, the winery eschews herbicides and follows lunar phases. The Rüteli and Uznach vineyards offer optimal conditions for varieties such as Scheurebe, Sauvignon Blanc, Zweigelt, and Merlot, as well as robust PIWI varieties, thanks to steep slopes, slate soils, and the influence of Lake Zurich. The winery is also known for the 'Wellentänzer', a wine that matures in a buoy in Lake Zurich.
