History of Peter Ott AG Driving School

• 1984 Founding of the Peter Ott driving school as a one-man business for passenger cars.

• 1986 Further training as a truck driving instructor. The truck division is established with a used Saurer 2D.

• 1992 Completed instructor training at the Traffic Safety Center in Veltheim (VSZV) with a diploma.

• 1993 Further training in the passenger car sector for training people with disabilities.

• 1997 The sole proprietorship is converted into a limited liability company.

• 1998: Company certified according to the ISO 9002 quality management system.

• 2000 Instructor for the Road Safety Council / heavy motor vehicles

• 2002 License: Professional license for road transport companies for freight and passenger transport

• 2003 Definitive recognition of minimum training requirements, which entitles the holder to conduct courses for drivers of trucks and/or coaches

• 2003 Teaching certificate "Lecturer for higher general and vocational education "teachArt," SVEB 1 + 2

• 2009 Definitive recognition as a CZV continuing education center

• 2009 Jonas Ott joins the family business as a driving instructor

• 2009 25 years of Peter Ott GmbH driving school

• 2010 Quality management: 4th repeat audit according to the new ISO 9001:2008 standard passed.

• 2010 Move to new location: Riedstrasse 6, 8620 Wetzikon

• 2011 Definitive recognition as a CZV training center, expert for CZV examinations

• 2012 Conversion of the GmbH into an AG

• 2012 Definitive recognition as a driving instructor training center

• 30 years of Peter Ott AG driving school

• ASTAG technical expert, Jonas Ott (road transport personnel EFZ & road transport practitioners EBA)

Family: Peter Ott AG Driving School is a family business. The Ott family is actively involved in and represented in the day-to-day business by Peter Ott as managing director and Jonas Ott in the second generation. We ensure the continued existence of our family business on the market by specifically promoting young talent among our employees. Financial independence gives us entrepreneurial freedom. We strive to maintain this freedom.
Appreciation: Long-standing employees are part of our SME family. Together with them, we want to be professional trainers for our customers in education and training. With a high level of commitment, we are there for our customers and give our all for them.
