Massage is one of the oldest remedies known to humankind. It is a form of manual therapy in which the skin, connective tissue, and muscles are massaged. The effects of stretching, pulling, and pressure stimuli extend from the treated area to the entire organism, including the psyche. We offer the following massages:
Classic massage
Targeted massage techniques have a beneficial effect on the skin and muscles. Tense muscles are loosened and relaxed. The resulting improvement in blood circulation promotes metabolism.
Myofascial release
Myofascial release involves the targeted and differentiated treatment of the three-dimensional fascial systems that weave through our bodies. This improves the mobility and flexibility of the connective tissue. Pressure is relieved from the joints and blocked joints are loosened. Stereotypical movement patterns are broken down.
Trigger point therapy
A trigger point is a sensitive spot in a hardened muscle strand. Treating trigger points can release muscle tension.
Lymphatic drainage
Gentle, tissue-displacing movements promote the drainage of tissue fluid and strengthen the body's immune system. Lymphatic drainage can greatly shorten the healing process after sports injuries or operations. It is also a suitable therapy for edema or water retention.
Connective tissue massage
The nerves that emerge along the spine are connected to specific areas of the body. Stimulation of the skin can therefore influence various bodily systems.
Foot reflexology
By treating the reflex zones on the foot, all organ functions and the autonomic nervous system can be positively influenced.
Traditional Chinese medicine, or TCM for short, is a millennia-old healing art from China that is also becoming increasingly popular in Europe.
Many people feel ill but have no conventional medical findings. With the help of TCM, the underlying energetic imbalance can be identified and the patient treated accordingly.

The difference between the Eastern healing method TCM and classical "Western" medicine lies in the different approaches to and perceptions of the human body.
Traditional Chinese medicine is a holistic medicine. According to Chinese philosophy, health means a state of complete harmony between the organs and the qi (qi = life energy); Western medicine, on the other hand, focuses primarily on the material functions of the human organism.
TCM goes far beyond the treatment of various physical symptoms. Through the application of one or more forms of therapy belonging to TCM, an attempt is made to restore balance to the individual and thus restore the healthy harmony of body, mind, and soul.
Acupuncture
According to Chinese belief, qi (life energy) flows through our body in channels. There are over 360 acupuncture points on these channels or meridians. They can be used to easily reach and influence the energy flow and internal organs. Depending on the condition, several thin disposable needles are inserted into different acupuncture points on the patient, who is lying down, and left in place for between 15 and 40 minutes.
