We use our own trucks to deliver bulk and bagged goods to a wide variety of regions (Schaffhausen, Thurgau, the Zurich Oberland and Weinland, as well as parts of the cantons of St. Gallen and Aargau).

Feed advice
We offer comprehensive feed advice through our own field service on site, in cooperation with agronomists from Anitech SA. Together, we operate a professional weighing service with evaluation for cattle fattening.
Seeds
We sell grain and corn seeds as well as field seeds, lawn seeds, and lawn fertilizer. We keep a large portion of these in stock at our location in Willisdorf.

Grain collection center: our efficient grain collection center
accept all grain and oilseeds from conventional cultivation and the SUISSE GARANTIE and IP-SUISSE labels.
With three dryers, we are also well equipped for unfavorable weather conditions. Long, flexible operating hours are a matter of course for us.
As we can cool all silo cells of various sizes, we always guarantee optimal storage. In addition, storage can be monitored by temperature measurement.

Baking flours
Main flours:
White flour, semi-white flour, wholemeal flour, whole grain flour, graham flour, wheat groats, light and dark rye flour, rye groats, white spelt flour, semi-white spelt flour, wholemeal spelt flour, whole grain spelt, spelt groats, spelt semolina.
Special flours:
Pizza flour, braided bread flour, Chnöpflimehl, light and dark Buremehl, Chlostermehl, whole grain einkorn, light and dark emmer flour, whole grain emmer, 5-grain flour, 10-grain flour, grape seed flour,
shepherd's flour.
Our packaging sizes (VE) for baking flour:

Roller mill for emmer, spelt, and einkorn
The Willisdorf site is home to the only roller mill within a 35 km radius. Grain has been rolled here since the company was founded. The roller mill is certified organic.
Emmer, einkorn, and spelt are so-called spelt grains. The grains are enclosed in a firm husk that ends in thin awns a few centimeters long. The grain must be separated from the husk (rolled) in the roller mill.

Hulling - this is how the grain loses its husk
Rolling is a special task that requires a great deal of experience and dexterity.
Only when the rolling stone is correctly carved, the rolling track is correctly adjusted, and the work is continuously monitored can a kernel yield of 72% of the spelt delivered by the farmer be achieved.
The structure carved into the stone and the correct distance between the stones ensure that the spelt rolls between the stones. In this rotational movement, the husks are gently separated from the kernel.
Kernels and husks are separated
In a further step, the husks are separated from the grain. This is done with the aid of sieves and air flow.
While the light husks (also called chaff) are carried away by the wind, the heavy kernels remain in the sieve and broken grains and light kernels fall through.
