Vollenweider Chocolatier Confiseur is one of Switzerland's most traditional family businesses, founded in 1943 by Willi Vollenweider. Now managed by the 3rd generation, the manufactory stands for craftsmanship and the highest quality. Known for using the finest raw materials and seasonal ingredients, Vollenweider creates fresh pralines, truffles, macarons, and cakes daily. A special highlight is the 'Chocolates in Space' milk chocolate, which traveled to space with astronaut Claude Nicollier. The café in Winterthur also offers a popular brunch menu.
