I am a complementary therapist and offer Shiatsu treatments in my practice in Winterthur or mobile Shiatsu at your home.

My Shiatsu

I work with my whole body and move around the room throughout the treatment. I often experience this as a dance or a conversation, a gentle questioning, silent listening, and answering.

Deep and centered touch is at the heart of the treatment. Stretching, rotations, rocking (rhythmic loosening of an arm, leg, or the whole body), and deep sinking release blockages and give the body the opportunity to regulate and heal itself.

The accompanying conversation highlights the connection between physical, emotional, and mental patterns. A single treatment is often experienced as very relaxing and liberating. Even acute pain or blockages can be released after just one Shiatsu therapy session. Through the process of several treatments over a longer period of time, lasting progress is made on all levels. The conversation is crucial in giving the client the opportunity to put into their own words what they experience during Shiatsu. This makes changes perceptible and allows them to become deeply anchored.
