Your specialist for building envelopes
We are delighted that you are visiting our website. As a modern company, we would like to provide you with all the information you need about our services online.
Facade construction:
The exterior walls form the vertical boundary of the building envelope. Generally, the part of an exterior wall that is visible from the outside is referred to as the facade. However, the exterior wall consists of several coordinated layers. The word facade is of French origin and means front, front side, or view. Facades are comparable to a coat that both protects and decorates the building.
Lightweight scaffolding:
Scaffolding plays an important role on a construction site. It can be used as working scaffolding, for example to install wall cladding, or as protective scaffolding to ensure the safety of people working on roofs and to protect people below from falling objects.
We build scaffolding that is suitable for working on the building envelope.
Solar technology:
The world is changing. You too can contribute to the energy transition and increase your energy efficiency. We offer a comprehensive service for solar systems. Whether solar thermal or photovoltaic systems, we are your point of contact from consultation to implementation of your solar energy project.
Flat roofs:
Buildings with flat roofs are common in Switzerland. The advantages of this type of construction and its architectural impact have led to flat roofs becoming just as popular as pitched roofs. The advantages of flat roofs include:
- No roof truss required
- Use of space right up to the roof without a sloping roof
- Use of the roof area as a terrace, parking space, etc.
- Can be easily greened.
- A piece of habitat is returned to nature.
Green flat roofs:
Green flat roofs give nature back some of its habitat. They can be designed as either intensive greening (e.g., roof gardens with trees) or extensive greening (only small and slow-growing plants).
To prevent plant roots from growing through, the waterproofing must be made of root-resistant materials. In addition, the waterproofing must be protected with a protective layer. Before planting, a soil mixture (substrate) suitable for the plants is applied. A water level regulating system is installed under the substrate. Finally, suitable plant species are sown or planted.
With a maintenance contract, you transfer this responsibility to us. We undertake to carry out the inspection and maintenance work necessary to maintain value at agreed intervals.
