For many years now, Rocchinotti Bau AG has been constructing high-quality apartment buildings for the subsequent sale of condominiums. This is often done in close cooperation with the previous owners of the old properties. This has resulted in fantastic buildings such as the apartment buildings at Zürcherhof, Zugerstrasse 19, and Zelglistrasse 4 in Bremgarten, the apartment building at Raamatten 1 in Zufikon, and the apartment buildings at Bahnhofstrasse 23 and Alte Bremgartenstrasse 16 in Berikon (see here), to name just a few of the projects completed in recent years.

With Rocchinotti BauInvest AG, we want to increasingly put our extensive construction experience, excellent banking contacts, and the know-how we have accumulated over the last 100 years at the service of joint projects with owners of old properties and land.
