Identity verification: We guarantee that the original passport, identity card, or driver's license is presented to the Experis Contract Management Team.
Proof of Swiss work permit: Contractors are required to present a valid work permit as proof of their eligibility to work in Switzerland.
Police clearance certificate: If necessary, we ensure that the employee submits a police clearance certificate issued by the Federal Office of Justice.
Creditworthiness: We carry out a credit check on our employees if necessary.
Reliability check and personal references: for temporary employees, we obtain direct references from previous employers and inquire about the person's character. We record verbal references in our individual database and store them there so that, in the event of a future search, we can quickly identify individuals whose qualifications and work experience have already been verified. Similarly, written references are scanned and stored in digital format.
Proof of qualifications: We obtain copies of all professional certificates.
Payroll and work permits.
