Elektro Compagnoni is an independent family business in its second generation. Founded in 1949 as a sole proprietorship in Zurich, it was converted into Elektro Compagnoni AG in 1993. The company's area of activity is the city of Zurich and its agglomeration.

Today, Elektro Compagnoni AG is a team of around 140 employees with appropriate training and extensive experience in the areas of planning, installation, and maintenance of network, telecom, low-voltage, high-voltage, and switchgear systems.

Our expertise lies in the planning, installation, and maintenance of network, telecommunications, low-voltage, high-voltage, and switchgear systems.
in the main areas in which we operate: commerce, services, industry, residential construction, and maintenance. All areas of expertise have one thing in common: a basic power supply. There are differences in terms of individual requirements for power availability. In other words: what power must be continuously available where and in what form at the touch of a button.

Commercial construction

Commercial construction requires special infrastructure. And the corresponding
electrical installations. For example, those for goods lifts with a lifting capacity of up to 10 tons. Or 230/400 V connections for heating, ventilation, and cooling systems for the well-being of users. And all installations in the communications area for permanent workstations. As well as fire and emergency lighting systems for the safety of employees and visitors. As is the case, for example, in the Bauarena Volketswil.

Service construction

In service construction, the focus of our activities is on telecommunications
communication and its networking in the individual areas. Then on
security in access control, for example with electronically controlled door locks, video surveillance, Voice Over IP, and emergency power generators. Representative of many other service companies is Google Zurich.

Industrial construction

In industrial construction, our specialists encounter unusual challenges.
Example: the test bench for compressors and turbines at MAN Turbo Zurich.
Here, we ensured the compatible coexistence of standard voltages of 230/400 V and special voltages of 12,000 V. And to guarantee the technicians a computer connection that reliably records the test data, we laid shielded cables and fiber optic lines to prevent possible electromagnetic interference.

Residential construction

In residential construction, connections for the internet, TV, radio, lighting, and telephone are standard equipment. Not just in one room, but throughout every apartment. And the remote-controlled garage door has to work, otherwise chaos is inevitable. We make sure that everything works. For example, here at this private residential development in Rümlang

Maintenance

Maintenance is about ensuring the reliable functioning of all installed electrical, electronic, and telematic systems in large, globally networked companies such as banks and insurance companies. In other words, it's about the most sensitive aspect of the company: secure data flow. And we guarantee this with a crew on site around the clock. For example, for a bank trading room with several hundred workstations.
