The Auberge de Savièse is a restaurant located in the heart of the picturesque Pâquis district, right next to the Cornavin train station and Lake Geneva. Formerly known as the Vieux Renard, it has been offering traditional Swiss cuisine, with local dishes from the canton of Valais and specialties from the Gruyère region for over half a century. You will find at the Auberge de Savièse everything you expect from a quality restaurant. We invite you to discover or rediscover delicious dishes, such as the Raclette, the Moitié-Moitié fondue (50% Gruyère AOP & 50% Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP), the homemade cheese fondue 100% Gruyère AOP, the goat cheese fondue but also the Bourguignonne, Savièsarde or Chinese fondues. The Auberge de Savièse also offers two dishes of the day (at noon) and a varied menu. Réservation obligatoire, surtout si vous désirez manger les filets de Perche du Lac Léman. Comptez 50CHF avec un verre de vin pour un plat délicieux, avec salade. Bon choix d'autres mets dans la carte comme les rôtis à la broche, cætera...

This place is a must if you're in Geneva and like prawns. Simple idea, executed very well. Chips, salad, bread and unlimited prawns in garlic butter. Friendly staff, amazing prawns, bib provided for the inevitable splash of butter. Thoroughly enjoyed it 😊

My wife and I dined at Entrecote Couronnee and had a lovely evening. The staff is professional, friendly and attentive. The food is perfectly prepared and delicious, and the presentation is beautiful. The available wines are excellent and pair well with the food. We shared the Morelles mushrooms stuffed with salmon mousse as a starter. I had the veal medallions and my wife had the salmon for our main courses. Absolutely delicious! We shared the moelleux au chocolate for dessert. Wonderful!

Service et accueil aux petits oignons. Canard aux épices + crêpes, plus que généreux, excellent! Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Carte très fournie, et nous y reviendrons pour y gouter

C’est bon mais malheureusement en l’espace de un mois c’est la deuxième fois que j’ai attendu une heure pour me faire servir!!
