In the well-developed cellars of Schönried Dairy, one of them a former military mine, store delicacies and cheese specialties from the Schönried Dairy, such as the Schönried Cave Raised. Well-known are the Schönriederli and the Hornberger-Mutschli, but also the Charme de Möser, the Delice de Schönried and the Ziegenmutschli mouth. Some products were even allowed to collect gold, silver and bronze medals at well-known fairs, such as the Schönriederli in the smoked and the non-smoked versions and the Hornberger Mutschli. The Schoenried Truffle Brie (an insider's tip for gourmets!), Was awarded a medal.
