Il ravioli: La pasta troppo bianca per essere una pasta all'uovo come converrebbe per i ravioli. Troppo liscia e insapore. Il ripieno che doveva essere ai funghi porcini, non ne aveva né il sapore né il profumo. Molto deludenti. Migliori le orecchiette alle cime di rapa, che hanno fatto alzare il mio giudizio a sufficiente.
