I support children, adolescents, and adults dealing with physical and chronic pain, psychosomatic symptoms, inner restlessness, exhaustion, and ADHD. My approach is body-centered, focusing on self-regulation, stability, and everyday relief. In addition, I offer support to parents in challenging family situations.
