The Residenza is committed to providing comprehensive socio-healthcare services, including medical, nursing, rehabilitative, and social assistance, also aimed at non-self-sufficient individuals. The primary goal is to meet the needs of the guests, respecting their individuality, will, and well-being. The staff of the Residenza is committed to creating an environment where every guest can live with dignity and respect, ensuring a high quality of life and promoting autonomy and social inclusion. Special attention is paid to maintaining the confidentiality and privacy of each guest, ensuring compliance with laws on the protection of personal data and professional secrecy. The Residenza delle Rose has obtained ISO 9001 certification from SGS, which testifies to its commitment to excellence and continuous pursuit of quality in the services offered, observing the needs of its guests and ensuring high standards of care. Continuous training allows us to have specialized collaborators in palliative care, wound care, rehabilitation, and Alzheimer's care. Most healthcare collaborators have training in Gentle Care and Validation methods. Nursing service is guaranteed 24 hours a day, including weekends. Each guest is evaluated by nurses and the responsible doctor, who analyze their needs, providing correct and personalized assistance.
