Après avoir reçu deux bouquets qui n’avait pas très bien tenu le coup la patronne de chez Rieder Fleurs a pris le temps de m’appeler pour avoir plus d’infos au sujet des bouquets que j’avais reçu. 2 heures plus tard, j’ai reçu une très belle orchidée de la part de Rieder Fleurs. Ce genre de service clients n’est pas aussi courant de nos jours. Merci! Rien que pour cette qualité de service je ne manquerais pas d’y retourner pour d’autres achats.
