Your host, Andreas Lohner, a trained innkeeper, butcher, and chef, manages not only the hotel but also the farm with around 40 head of cattle. Our motto is: Natural — Animal-friendly. Species-appropriate animal husbandry and respectful treatment of nature are a matter of course for us. Depending on the season, you can purchase premium-quality farm products directly from us: • Fresh milk, butter, and cheese • Fresh meat from our in-house butcher shop • Home-smoked bacon, ham, and sausages • Smoked salmon These high-quality products are also featured on our restaurant menu. In summer, our cows graze on the alpine pastures, and the empty barn is charmingly transformed into a rustic event space. It accommodates festive occasions for up to 100 guests, including decoration and catering. For smaller banquets, our restaurant offers space for up to 70 guests.
