My role is to support you on this path of change, using an integrative approach that brings together sophrology, hypnosis, and RITMO® (a technique inspired by EMDR). Hypnosis helps you access your unconscious resources to overcome emotional, behavioural, or physical blocks. Sophrology teaches you how to calm your mind, reconnect with your body, and manage your emotions. RITMO® , similar to EMDR, is especially effective in helping process and release traumatic experiences.
